TERMS & CONDITIONS

Scope We, CopyCompels (hereafter referred to as “the Company”), welcome you, (hereafter referred to as “the User”) for engaging with our websites, social media accounts, email lists, and free communities, or as “the Client” for any paid courses, resources, coaching programs, or consulting services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all platforms, materials (free and paid), and services provided by CopyCompels, including websites, courses, seminars, and social media engagement. By accessing or purchasing any free or paid materials provided by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using, visiting, or purchasing our services or content. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Company’s services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Subject of the Contract CopyCompels provides services in the form of digital products (e.g., templates, e-books), online training programs (live or pre-recorded), video/audio coaching sessions (via Zoom or other platforms), workshops, consulting services, and access to free or paid communities. The specific scope of services is determined by the offer description at the time of booking. Services provided are either standardized or customized based on the Client’s needs as outlined in the purchase contract.

However, the Company does not guarantee any specific results from its services, such as marketing or sales success, and any projections shared are based on prior experiences but are not binding. Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for the success of their marketing campaigns or business endeavors, and CopyCompels is not liable for any failure to achieve desired results. In the case of customized consulting or coaching services, the Company will provide advice and resources, but the final outcome depends on the Client’s implementation and external factors beyond our control. Conclusion of Contract The Company’s promotions on websites, social media platforms, or advertising channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) do not constitute a binding offer but are merely invitations for the Client to make an offer to engage with our services. A contract between the Company and the Client is concluded when the Client either verbally or electronically agrees to the Company’s services and the Company confirms the order through a written agreement (via email, social media, or other forms of communication). Once the order is confirmed, the Client is bound by the terms of the agreement, and any services requested will be delivered as per the scope described. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the requested service due to technical, resource, or legal reasons. In such cases, the Client will be informed immediately, and any payments made will be refunded.

Fees and Payment

The prices listed for services and products are net prices and are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD), depending on the Client’s location. Sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes will be added to the price where required by law. The Client is responsible for providing current and accurate billing information. Payments are processed through credit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as made available by CopyCompels. For international Clients, payment methods must allow for international transactions (e.g., Mastercard, Visa). Payments for services are due in full upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon. In cases where a payment plan is offered, the Client is required to make timely payments as per the agreed schedule. The Company reserves the right to suspend access to services if payments are not made as agreed.

Termination and Refunds

The contract between the Client and CopyCompels is binding for the term agreed upon in the respective service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, contracts will automatically renew for the original period unless terminated by either party with at least four weeks' notice before the renewal date. Refunds are not available for digital products (e.g., e-books, templates) unless explicitly stated. If a money-back guarantee is offered (e.g., 7-day refund), the Client may request a refund within the specified period.

After the guarantee period, no refunds will be provided for purchased services or digital materials. Premature termination by the Client during the contract term is not permitted unless both parties agree in writing. In cases of termination for good cause by the Company, the right to compensation for services rendered remains unaffected. Default on Payment Clients who enter extended payment plans must adhere to the payment schedule. If the Client defaults on payments, the Company reserves the right to suspend services or revoke access to paid materials until outstanding balances are settled. If the Client fails to meet payment obligations due to technical or human error, the Company may terminate the contract and withdraw access to all materials. The Company reserves the right to initiate collection services for outstanding payments, with the Client responsible for any additional costs incurred during the process. Fulfillment of Services Access to digital resources, courses, and coaching programs is typically granted upon receipt of payment. The Client will receive access credentials and instructions via email for platforms such as Thinkific, Kajabi, or other training systems used by CopyCompels. For payments made via bank transfer, access will be manually granted after the funds have been received. The Company endeavors to provide timely access but requests up to 3-5 business days for payment processing and access setup. All services will be delivered with care and commitment to quality.

CopyCompels reserves the right to adjust the curriculum or services provided to ensure a comprehensive learning experience. The Client agrees to submit any necessary information within 30 days of signing the contract to enable the fulfillment of services. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Client’s claim for service fulfillment. Code of Conduct The Client agrees to maintain respectful behavior while engaging in any of the Company’s programs or communities. Disruptive, abusive, or unprofessional behavior toward the Company, its staff, or other participants may result in removal from the program or community without notice. In cases of misconduct, the Company reserves the right to revoke access to paid services or programs without refund. The Client’s contractual obligations to pay for services remain unaffected by such removal. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials All content, materials, and resources provided by CopyCompels, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, webinars, templates, and prompts, are protected by intellectual property laws. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal or internal business purposes during the contract term. The Client is prohibited from distributing, reproducing, or modifying the Company’s materials without explicit written consent. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or materials will result in the termination of access, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for any breach of these terms. Limitation of Liability The Company is only liable for damages or compensation in cases of intent or gross negligence. In all other instances, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service or product. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold CopyCompels harmless from any third-party claims arising from the use of materials or services provided by the Company, including but not limited to intellectual property violations caused by the Client. Right of Withdrawal Contracts entered with entrepreneurs, business owners, or professionals do not include a right of withdrawal. Once a contract is concluded, the Client is bound by its terms and may not request refunds or cancellations unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Data Protection and Privacy The Company values the privacy of its Clients and adheres to applicable data protection laws. The Client agrees to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. By using the Company’s services, the Client consents to being contacted by email, phone, or messenger services as needed to fulfill the contract. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising from the contract between the Client and the Company will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City/State], India. However, the Company reserves the right to bring legal action against the Client at the Client’s general place of jurisdiction.
